Abstract:
Polyphenylphosphonic acid diphenyl sulfone ester (PSPPP) polymer with number average molecular weight over 104 was synthesized by Melt Polycondensation using Bisphenol S and phenylphosphonic acid dichloride as raw materials, the influence of reaction conditions and other factors on the molecular weight of the polycondensate. The structure of the polymer was characterized by IR, elemental analysis and NMR. The thermal properties of PSPPP and the flame retardancy of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) were measured by thermal analysis instrument and oxygen index instrument. The research shows that PSPPP has high thermal stability and excellent flame retardant effect on PET .Key words:

In this method, the polycarbonate oligomer is synthesized by using bisphenol A and diphenyl carbonate as raw materials, and then the polyphenylphosphonic acid diphenyl sulfone Ester oligomer is synthesized by using phenylphosphonyl dichloride and Bisphenol S as raw materials, polycarbonate/polyphenylphosphonic acid diphenyl sulfone Ester flame retardant materials were prepared by block copolymerization of polycarbonate oligomer and polyphenylphosphonic acid diphenyl sulfone Ester oligomer.
